Be Aware of Coronavirus Scams
Unfortunately, fraudsters are looking to exploit the global thirst for knowledge of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Scammers have been circulating phishing emails posing as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) looking to steal personal information.
Reminders:
- Only use reputable sources when searching for information about the coronavirus.
- Be on the lookout for phishing emails and never click unknown attachments and links.
- Be cautious of emails and phone calls offering unexpected information when they ask for your personal information.
- If you suspect any fraudulent activity, contact Xceed at 800.XFCU.222 (800.932.8222).
We at Xceed will continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and do our part to operate with the safety and well-being of our members, associates, and communities in mind. Thank you for your attention and helping us remain vigilant.
